I unfortunately had to send them back immediately. for 2 circles, one ear is completely cut out. After 5 rounds both ears and no adjustments were able to return the clear sound. the audio was muffled and tinny, although I cranked the volume up to compensate. I followed the advice to prevent this from happening but it didn't work and the second time I swam it was the same. I'm sure some people have a device that works, but I don't. Also, the cable was very long. I went back to the more trusted Swim Bud brand.
