I spoke to the owner and he sent me a replacement for what I received in the mail. Very great customer service and the coconut lip protector runs much smoother. I love it because it doesn't contain any chemicals that could enter our bloodstream. It is very important to know, especially when it is on our lips. Protects against the sun's harmful UVA rays. Wear it to work because I'm in the hot sun! Highly recommended
