This is the second time I have purchased these lights due to the ease of installation as well as the cost. After moving to a new house and starting a new project for several years, I decided to buy again. One thing I noticed when first installing it was that it started flickering a bit when dimming past 50%. I've tried several dimmer switches with no success, so I blamed it on a faulty LED. In my new home, Lutron Caseta dimmers made me a fully smart home that I've never had a flickering problem with except for these lights. Once installed they only dimmed to about 50% and then turned off. I wanted them to go down to 1% before turning off so I adjusted my Lutron switch but as soon as it went past 50% the flickering started. The bulbs that came with it are 5.5W so I wanted to test different bulbs to see if I had the same problem. I tried some spare 6w LEDs I had from another room (which didn't flicker with the Lutron dimmer) and lo and behold they started flickering. I checked the wattage of the factory LEDs and they were 5.5w so I decided my 6w was too much for the lighting so I went to Lowes and bought some GE 5w Reveal bulbs and got no flicker . If you have a flickering dimmer I suggest replacing the factory bulbs with GE 5W LEDs. They cost about $10 for 2 bulbs. Overall I'd recommend them, but make sure you're willing to shell out the extra $10 for a bulb change if you're using a dimmer and want to get rid of the flicker.
