This was a Christmas present for my son who has been begging for a prize crane machine (age 6). we go to the store and he picks out the pack of D batteries so excited to get home! We get home, put new batteries in, and the machine does nothing. We have it laying on its back and insert a coin. Music starts playing! So we carefully put the backing that holds batteries in back on. Now he is even more excited. I carefully place the machine upright on a table. Music and lights stop. "oh no, batteries might be loose or something." NOPE! As long as the machine is on its back it will work. I'm so livid! Almost $50 and now I have to risk mine and my kids safety to get out of the house and return this product that arrived not functioning properly! I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY!
