Shure. Better check your dealers. And be careful with the buyer. 2 orders from 2 dealers and both have been returned/used. Disgusting! I've bought several confident headphones. They're not creased around the ears, dirty in the packaging, the foam earbud isn't pushed all the way into the speaker, there's no zip-tie around the cable to keep it looking nice, and there's not even the extra headphone package that comes with them is delivered . ! They're not just trying to get away with sending headphones back. They don't even check if everything is returned. There was not even a guarantee and instructions for use. Must note. I know these headphones sound fantastic. I've owned her before. But these dealers can't get away with this shit. Admittedly, if I get a refund I'll probably buy more from Revain due to the convenience. I just want buyers to know this is happening. Check your packages carefully and make sure they contain everything that should be included.
