This is one of the most elegant little inventions! Just fill it with cold water and put the band around your wrist. My wrists are small but it fits perfectly. And you can drink from it as easily as twisting your wrist to check the time! That's great! My meds dry my mouth out so I'm ALWAYS thirsty. Now I carry it around the apartment while working on projects, going from room to room, and I don't have to carry a water bottle with me! Of course it won't last for hours, but for a quick walk with the dog when it's really hot outside and you're only away for a few minutes, or for a morning jog when it's great hot outside. cooler.or just have it in store!
