For people with narrow necks
I bought this to help my elderly mother-in-law dye her hair and protect her clothes. But the neck of the cape is so tight that it breaks out from under the velcro. I ended up making holes in it and tying shoelaces to it. She is an average height person. I would say that this cape is more for a child/teen/very slim person.
