Review on Oatey 39260 AAV AVVs Adapters by Abdalla Galloway

This was the smallest AAV box I could find, there just aren't many options out there - it's really built for new build so mounting options mine Retrofit projects are quite involved (first inserting the box into the hole and then adding the mounting brackets by sliding the box left then right) and the design/instructions (not included) are not suitable for retrofitting Box Into An Existing Wall Ever - But Most Likely There are millions of situations where homeowners will need to fit an AAV to an existing wall to match their DWV plumbing. It's a fairly flimsy molded box, mounting brackets and a vented lid. For a professional looking installation, the cover will need to be painted as the cheap plastic's natural off-white color just looks awkward. The Oatey AAV I bought came with an adapter, other AAVs may not fit in this box. I will update this review and add more photos as the project progresses.
