Review on 🐱 Sheba Perfect Portions Gravy Cuts Wet Cat Food Trays by Jessica Redmann

I have an elderly cat with some health issues and an extremely sensitive stomach. I've tried every brand of cat food under the sun, I've tried prescription foods, I've tried all the proteins, I've tried homemade chicken broth, I've tried wet, dry and everything in between, there's only ONE food that it can and wants to eat all the time, and it's Sheba's Fried Chicken Chops. Only chicken and only cold cuts, even a pie made from the same food will not work. However, through trial and error, lots of visits to the vet, and a lot of home research, I found that if I feed her sheba chicken pieces, and that alone, she gains weight, she never vomits and uses her litter box with regular feces and urine, she is noticeably happier and generally feels better than when she eats anything else. We were really at the end of treatment plans for my sweet girl when she was on the timeline and if we can't get her to mend before she's done we'll have to put her to sleep. . But so far so good with this special meal! It has truly been a 180 degree recovery and while I can't explain exactly why this food, and only this food, is helping her, I am so happy that it is. My biggest criticism of this meal is the packaging. Very wasteful single use plastic and the Preserve baths don't really last for one serving so I end up feeding both baths in one sitting. If you only feed one portion at a meal, you will need to feed your cat several times a day. I feed three times a day due to my schedule, so one serving just isn't enough. That means I eat that food very, very quickly and the cost goes up. You have to be strategic when opening the tub or you'll end up on the floor with gravy on your fingers/drops. To be honest, I hate the packaging. I really want this food to come in 3 ounce jars.
