5'7 ", 145 lbs. Men - Small runs half tight, Medium runs loose
I am 5'7" and 145 lbs. I prefer a medium tank top with this shirt, but if you want a semi-tight fit for my figure, the small size is fine. This material is durable, elastic and absorbs moisture. It is definitely on par with Nike fabrics and could be even better for a much lower price point in my opinion.
