Review on 💻 Dell E-Port Replicator PR03X: Enhanced Connectivity with USB 3.0 & Powerful 240-Watt Power Adapter by Lancy Rakesh

The seller stated that the Precision 7720 is compatible with this product. As soon as I connected it to the e-Port and turned on the computer, the screen on the laptop lost 1/4 of the left side and is now damaged. The black and white stripe is now in the left quadrant (see photo). Even after disconnecting, the port replicator is still corrupted. Before connecting it was fine. I can display full screen screenless mode on external monitors, but the embedded screen image is now corrupted by this electronic port docking bay. Otherwise it worked in all other areas. Very upset that this expensive and powerful laptop was damaged by this. I can't find any support or information to solve this problem. Before purchasing I did as much research as I could to find the best match for this laptop. I am not sure if there is something wrong with this particular e-port replicator that was sent to me or if it is a model incompatibility. As always, be vigilant. :(
