Too narrow for a king size bed (advertised as king)

Very hard and sterile, not attractive at all. I wanted something to protect my blankets from dog hair and dirt while also allowing dogs to sleep on them. It's stiff and doesn't "lie" on the top blanket. It's also too narrow for a king size bed. He grunts about an inch from side to side and moves every time the dog jumps on the bed. IMHO not worth the money at all.
