I've had different types of Sak bags over the years and this is the first bag I've been disappointed with. If you compare it to The Sak Sequoia Hobo, there are clear differences. First, the zipper on the outer bag is plastic, not metal, and sewn into the bag in such a way that the zipper is difficult to open and close, and the leather zipper puller does not hang well. The strap on the bag isn't as strong and the way it attaches to the bag isn't nearly as good as the Sequoia. Also, the zipper at the top of the bag doesn't close. Overall I like the bag, the leather is soft and well tailored, looks nice but not the quality I'm used to from Sak bags. I would give 3 1/2 stars if the Sequoia got 5 stars.
