I have had a pair of these Phaiser headphones which I have used and loved for many years. When my original pair got damaged it was easy to replace them with another pair of phasers from the same list. I was very disappointed when they arrived and the quality was drastically different from the original pair. The first thing I noticed was that the material of the earphones has changed and is no longer suitable. More important, however, was the difference in sound quality. Your sound quality is TERRIBLE! They don't block noise anywhere like the original pair, and every time you take a step or move there's that weird and sickening clicking noise in the right earcup (like a little piece of plastic ringing all over the place). It looks as if the components are freely placed and move there. The audio is so loud it drowns out the voices of whatever I'm trying to hear. I couldn't get used to it so I returned it and found another brand. This is disappointing because I loved my first set so much.
