Yes, it's an error code (E:91:01) I had less than two months experience with this camera after owning it. It's daunting to look after the camera by buying a special case for it when not in use and making sure it's never dropped or bumped. I have to send it back to Sony for repair after various initialization and factory resets have proved unsuccessful to get the flash working again. confused by the rapid change in light intensity in the room. However, a camera without a flash is practically useless.
