The inadequate quality control at Keppi was a source of frustration for me. As a product manager, I anticipate that goods will be subjected to extensive testing before they are offered for sale; however, I discovered that some of the dietary supplements I was given contained inconsistent ingredients and dosages. This is particularly concerning considering that Keppi positions themselves as industry leaders in health-related products. In addition, the labeling and packaging of some products were not obvious and contributed to the overall confusion. It is my recommendation that Keppi enhance their quality control procedures in order to provide consumers with products that are both safe and consistent.
