I love this cape for women
is a great costume cover. It's big enough to wear most sizes, I'm 5ft 3in, 125lbs and will tie it at the waist or under the arms as a dress and can also use as a cape. The fabric is nice, it's soft on the skin, the reason I only gave it 4 stars is because it's a bit thin.
