I love this brand! best in the eyes
I first came across this brand at Walmart of all places and fell in love. I have sensitive skin that gets oily from most ingredients. This brand has never caused any reactions on my skin, no irritation, no breakouts etc. I love all of their products and use this eye cream several times a week. It's creamy and moisturizing, but not heavy.
