The best shoes I have ever worn but fell apart in 6 months.
These shoes helped my feet, shins and knees to walk and run but didn't last more than 6 months as the outside and inside started to fall apart.
The internal areas were the heel and below the thenar and pinky toes.

- It lacks a durable insole, which can be a problem for some activities.
