I love this body pillow, but I didn't think through my size selection. My pillow is bigger than I am: I'm 69" tall and it's 72" long. It's as big as another person in the bed. It doesn't work very well for me as body pillow and head pillow together: I didn't intend to use it that way but I didn't think to allow for the bulk of my head pillow.I'm a side sleeper. To get the ideal length for my body pillow I would assume my sleeping position and measure from my shoulders to my toes.
