I wear this in the summer when I mow the lawn or go kayaking. I can't stand the heat and I really need something to keep me cool and that helps a lot. Moving it around and snapping it back into place will keep it cool for a while, but maybe not two hours. What I really like is that it helps protect the neck from sunburn. Even though I wear a hat, I still get burned if I don't wear this thing. This is very handy, and I often don't even squeeze it all the way out since a few drops of water also helps with cooling anyway. If you work outdoors I really recommend this. This works better than the soaked bandana I used and is much more comfortable. The fabric is stretchy and soft, will not scratch you. It washes very well and dries quickly, which is very convenient if you plan to use it day in day out or at the weekend. This is a good way to cool off in the hot summer.
