My husband has had a terrible problem with dry skin for years and always blamed it on eczema. In fact, after seeing the doctor a few months ago, he assumed he was actually allergic to metal because he wore a regular belt every day. He suggested getting a non-metal strap to see if that would help. I went online and found that it had good reviews and wasn't too expensive so thought we'd give it a try. We originally ordered 36 and they were too small. So if you are in doubt about the size, take one size up. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this belt!
