Very disappointed that all 5 salt lamps I bought for my family for Christmas are already having issues. I don't know if the bulbs burned out (just over 1 month?) but I'm pissed that this product barely lasted. My niece called me, very upset that it was already broken. Now I have to do something to make my nieces happy again. I guess I'll start with a pack of bulbs and pay another $16 to swap out all the bulbs and get parts, but how disappointing. I decided not to buy lightbulbs but emailed them. FOLLOWING - RATING CHANGES TO 1: I sent an email and the "Career" replied to my email. Second time asked for a product video (refusal to provide as it is an inappropriate request for a disappointed customer) and my proof of purchase (which has already been provided). He didn't answer my questions in the email and didn't have any additional information. His email didn't match the grammar of "executive," so I called. Again I didn't remember his email 1.5 hours ago and I'm pretty sure it came from an open warehouse in India because there was a crazy echo where I couldn't hear him. . So grade 1 instead of 2.
