I put it on my brand new MacBook M1 and was very happy with the case - it fits well and is still comfortable to type on. But now, after 2 months of use, I took it off for the first time and found that the cover material must somehow react with the surface of the keys - stubborn mud marks remain on many keys. I've tried several cleaning methods but it doesn't come off like it's engraved forever. You can only see it when the light hits the keys at the right angle, but it still bothers me to death since it's a new MacBook. And that can be a universal problem with silicone cases in general. But based on my experience here, I wouldn't recommend using it.
