Toddlers love it for baby and toddler toys

We got this toy for our son's first birthday. Our house doesn't really have a lot of free space so I was a bit worried about how much space it might take up, but it's a lot more compact than I thought it would be! I wasn't sure about the singing and stuff either. I still find it very creepy (especially when a pony named HERITAGE says "Let's play forever!"), but my son really seems to prefer hopping his pony when the music is playing, so I can put up with the weird lip movements , creepy vocals and a constant "I AM A LITTLE PONY, KLIPPETI-BETT, KLIPPETI-BETT" stuck in my head if it helps keep my son in one place for a few moments without crying that I don't want him stop! The little guardian does an excellent job of keeping him in place, even when the family dog realizes that little brother is within kissing range and immediately rushes to smother him with kisses. Definitely a good toy for supervised play when you just need some time to sit after a long day chasing a crawling baby around the house! The only thing I can fault is that the bottom and stirrups are not currently available when my son is on the pony and he is in the 95th percentile for height so not exactly a small child. Because of this, it took my son a little longer to figure out how to get a pony to jump on his own. But now that he found out he seems very happy with his little pony which makes him very happy with me too.
