This shit is amazing, let me tell you. I don't know the science behind this cream but it will help you sleep so well. My friend's mom told me about this product and how it got her to sleep quickly and deeply. To be honest I didn't believe her at first but she got me hooked and I swear by it. I have problems falling asleep and staying asleep in general (meditation also helps by the way) and when I put this cream on my feet I fall asleep so quickly and only wake up once a night instead of 2-4 times. And it's not sleeping pills, deep sleep, so don't worry about not being able to wake up or anything. It just seems to relax you like crazy. Highly recommended!
