Review on 🧈 BIA Cordon Bleu Butter Dish: Optimized for Food Service Equipment & Supplies by Joseph Hall

I really loved this buttered dish. I was looking for the perfect replacement after my last one broke. I wanted one that held four American sticks (four quarters/one pound) and didn't see one that I thought would work based on the reviews. I "asked a question" and thanks to the reviewer who said he thought he would but wasn't sure. I'm so happy to tell you that it perfectly holds a full pound of American-style butter! The photos I've included show a dish with four sticks (one pound) of butter. I like the design and the quality. I didn't like the packaging. I was baffled as to why the manufacturers chose to pack it in such a large package (and a much larger box) rather than spending a little more on a butterbox and smaller mailer box. Based on my marketing experience and education, besides the extra cost of shipping a larger box, it probably won't cost more to have a pretty dish box, an outer box with a little less bubble wrap (I mean, that dish floated wrapped). The bowl has arrived safe and sound, but there is a very small chance it will break in transit. I had to give this dish a slightly low "gift" rating as there was no box for the dish itself and gifting this dish without a box would have been a bit more difficult. Except for the packaging which just confused me. (LOL) This dish is wonderful in its own right. And while there's no box for the dish itself, I would unreservedly recommend it as a gift to an avid butter lover.
