Love these exercise balls! I also have TCB weighted practice balls but I got these whiffle balls as an alternative to plastic whiffle balls which I worked like crazy hitting them with metal bats. I haven't tried a whiffle bat and I don't know if it's possible in general, but I can tell you that our whipball games with plastic balls and plastic bats have been replaced by these balls and regular baseball bats! The flight of the ball is in both Falls the same, but these balls are slightly heavier than their plastic counterparts, allowing for better throwing, better feel, and you can even catch them in the field (and throw them around in the "infield" if You want). They're likely to hurt you more than a wiffle ball, but the good news is that they're heavier so you can safely throw them from a distance. So as long as your reflexes aren't completely broken, you can either catch them or dodge them. And if you can't do that, you probably shouldn't be practicing hitting the ball. :-) Or at least not without a screen.
