Avoid Sharpty if you're seeking for a trustworthy online retailer. They took my order for a set of kitchen equipment, but what I got was completely different. The serving pieces weren't at all what was depicted on the website and were fragile and poorly manufactured. I tried contacting customer service, but they weren't helpful or responsive. I finally got a response from them after numerous tries, but they were unable to provide me a refund or even an exchange for the flawed item. Overall, my time and money were completely wasted with Sharpty. Avoid making the same error I did and buy elsewhere for your kitchen and home necessities.
