Good for lower back pain
The only brace I’ve used before is the $9.99 one Home Depot sells for lifting. It was a savior when I had lower back pain. I just didn’t like having the straps. I bought this one and it’s almost as good. It does tend to rise up more often than the Home Depot one (so I have to pull it down back in place). But it does take the pressure off my back and helps it heal.
- Highly recommend for injuries or lifting or just house work. Save your back. You will not regret it.
- May not be suitable for those with a history of back surgery
