Updated 12/04/2020. So I've had these cameras for a long time (one for 1.5 years, the other for 2.5 years). They both had some issues, so I contacted Pruveeo to ask for help. They suggested a few things and we emailed for a couple of weeks while I tried out their suggestions. Without even asking me, they finally decided to just send me two brand new devices! This is a company that really stands behind their products and knows what customer service is all about. Jimmy from Pruveeo is a great guy, he was very helpful and responsive. Thank you Prueo! Updated 08/10/2018. I received three plastic mounting kits as promised, including the mounts themselves and 3M mounting tape. Thanks very much! Updated 07/30/2018. Still works, quality is great, it handles the Carolina heat well, even off-road in my jeep. I got a new car and removed the camera from the old one but couldn't remove the 3M plastic mount. I emailed Pruveeo around 5:30pm on Sunday July 29th for a new plastic post as I had an extra 3M spacer from the original purchase and only needed the plastic post. They replied in just 7 hours and said they would send me 3 sets of mounts for free! This is outstanding customer service, especially after I had already purchased the item and even offered to pay for the extra parts I needed! Most companies will take your money and become a lot less helpful. Pruveeo makes a great product and backs it with great service. So far, so good. The video quality with 1080P front and rear is excellent. Records with the front camera in even higher resolution. I installed this with a hardwire kit from my last DVR which died after 4 years. Installation was simple and easy, as was set up. Turns on with jeep, turns off after car park plus 30 seconds. Very good view from both cameras. Video quality is an important factor when choosing a dash cam and it is excellent.
