The easiest way to ensure you get as little dust as possible is to follow these steps: 1. Turn off all ceiling fans and close all windows to reduce the movement of dust particles (including people who move in space) reduce room).2. Thoroughly wipe the computer screen with an alcohol wipe commonly used for glasses to completely remove dust and grease.3. Position the provided guides at the top and bottom on the left or right side of the screen, depending on which side you want to start on. Before you start peeling off the first page, do a final check for dust particles. Now you can apply the screen. DO NOT REMOVE the first page completely as this will increase the amount of dust particles as airborne dust particles become trapped. Fold the first side back about 1/2 inch and pinch both sides together with your fingers. Align the edge of the screen cover as parallel to the edge of the projected screen as possible. The screen coating starts to stick slightly. Try not to lift or replace too often. Try to get it right the first time.6. Now that you've lined it up and secured it a half inch, slowly peel the first screen off the bottom about an inch at a time, using a squeegee to remove most of the air bubbles you can't get around. everything, but get as much as you can. Continue doing this until step 1ic is completed and the screen protector is fully applied.7. Now use a squeegee to squeegee out more air that you couldn't reach in the previous step. You still won't get them all, but you will be closer.8. Start peeling side 2 very slowly from one corner, using a squeegee to hold the protective film to the computer.9. With the second side removed, you will now use a squeegee to squeeze out any remaining air bubbles. And voila, you have a screen protector. I've used it on two HP 360x 14" home computers and a work computer which is also 14". Originally screens were like mirrors, now they are very easy to see and you don't have to bend your neck and look sideways to see the images. Neither the fingers nor the stylus touched the touchscreen. They work great and if they ever need to be replaced they come off easily with no residue. I highly recommend buying 2 packs just in case you mess things up. I hope this helps everyone have a better experience.
