The cable is always in the way! The iron does not sit on the board, the cable gets in the way even when sitting! The design of the iron is really just a mess. Why is the control knob not visible and also very difficult to get under the curved handle. Advertising gone! The water runs out, the position of the steamer chooses when to steam by itself, not a good iron at all. On my very first use when I opened it I noticed all the holes were white so I ironed an old pillowcase. It took forever to turn the milky looking water into a clear base. Of course, I'm glad I decided to take a look at the underside. On the positive side, the packaging/box was easy to open.
