Does not work with switched outlet.
I have an outlet in my closets that is controlled by a light switch. This light will not work with a switched outlet. When the wall switch is on, you also need to press the built-in switch to turn on the light. The built-in switch does not stay on when the device is off. I'll bypass the built in switch but don't want a splice.
