The suitcase was used extremely carefully, it didn't leave my house, it didn't fall. Today, without provocation, one of the tabs that attach the case to the lid broke off. I am very disappointed that such an expensive case broke so quickly. I expect better quality from Incase. Update October 2020 The product continues to deteriorate. Damage is now visible on the other corner after the tongue broke off, as if the body was melting. I am very disappointed that I did not receive a response from the manufacturer. This is an extraordinarily expensive case that, considering its poor quality for the money, turned out to be an unusual bad buy.
