Very well made and very warm T-shirt. Yes, all Spyder tops are warm, but this one stands out. Yesterday I fasted and I'm always cold. I put it on and I'm instantly warm - better than a heated vest. The colors are strong, but you only knew that from the photos. I almost wanted to buy a medium - I'm usually short and medium. I'm glad I chose the little one. It's not tight at all and you can wear something else underneath, like a thin sweater or thermal underwear. I would suggest buying your normal size, maybe a size smaller if you want a tighter fitting top.
