Review on Revlon PhotoReady Eye Contour Kit - Rustic (523): Wet/Dry Eyeshadow Palette with Double-Ended Brush - 0.1oz by Crystal Harrison

It's embarrassing to write a review because I'm really happy with the overall quality of the product. However, there was a strange problem: the colors were in the wrong slots. I ordered a palette called "Metropolitan" which consists mainly of nudes and dark browns as well as a golden shade. This palette has instructions on the back that tell you exactly how to apply shadows to contour for different eye shapes. Well, it would be great if the colors matched the respective slots, but they don't. The colors in the photo on Revain differ from the appearance of the product. Color number 2, which was meant to be applied to the entire eyelid, was the darkest in the palette, which means it should actually be number 3 - the one you apply to the crease of the lid. Of the flowers, the quality of the shadows is surprisingly good. It's not very powdery and it's definitely very intense, giving you as many shades as you want. The extra color with some glitter is actually very glittery, so optional, but adds a very nice touch if you want your look to be more formal or party-like. I would give a 5 star rating because it's a great product for the price, but the palette doesn't match the description because the colors are out of place. Hence the 3 stars.
