These trays were such torture. To blind them you have to put them in boiling water for 6 seconds. We put it in for about 5 seconds and it folded in on itself and then literally a second after removing it took shape. Only one of the three received didn't work by itself and I was able to "sculpt", so to speak. It got very thin as I pressed it against my teeth and spread like crazy across my gums and the top of my mouth. Waste of time, luckily they weren't too expensive but even at the low price it's not worth it. Threw them in the trash half an hour after receiving them.
