I bought these headphones based on my friends reviews and recommendations. Price - This headset has a fair price compared to other expensive and similar Bluetooth headsets on the market. Sound - The sound quality of the music is good and clear. I've read that several people complain about the bass, but in my view the bass is enough for a Bluetooth headset. The headset can be a bit louder, but that doesn't bother us. The noise cancellation is good too, helping to muffle/remove any outside noise. The call quality is also good and I have no problems with it. Another plus of this headset is that we can use stereo for voice calls, unlike the Bose SoundSport Free true wireless earbuds that work in mono. Quality - No pairing or connection issues during use. Pairing was very quick and connects automatically when taken out of the box. I have no problems disconnecting and reconnecting. Other than a slight buzz in my old headset, there are no other issues. It might be the noise canceling, but I'm not sure. The new headset works well and so far there have been no problems. I bought the Bose SoundSport Free true wireless headphones but they were huge. These headsets are the right size and feel better when in use. The earbuds sit securely in your ears and won't fall out when you exercise or run. So these are truly wireless devices. Battery life. The battery life is as stated. There are no complaints. Customer Service - Customer service is top notch and they go out of their way to make the customer happy. There was a bit of a buzz in my headset when not listening to music or on the phone (it doesn't bother). I have sent a message to the seller. The customer service is so good that they expedited the headset replacement and let me have my old headset. They really support you with your purchase. I give 5 stars because the seller was very fast and solved the problem as soon as I notified him. Based on the pros and cons, I recommend this headset.
