Helps a lot with neck pain and headaches!
I have had chronic headaches for many years. Someone suggested such a pillow. I tried another brand and wasn't impressed. On the advice of another person I tried another one, this one, after reading good reviews about it. My headache isn't completely gone, but it's MUCH better! I sleep on my back most of the time, but always wake up on my side. It's convenient in both directions. Many Thanks. Good value for money. I put a regular sized pillowcase of my choice on top after putting on the included cover. I'm a happy customer. I don't usually write reviews unless I'm really happy or really disappointed. Great pillow!
