I rate this company 5 stars for customer service but had to deduct a star for a faulty product. I can't judge the quality of the product because I haven't tested it. I ordered this product to replace my broken screen. I did this exchange once so this is not my first time. I disassembled my phone and started toggling the home button from my spare phone. I noticed that the pins on the display ribbon connector were damaged when I replaced the product. My home button didn't work and neither did the one they had on their device. I had to pack my phone and take it with me the next day for someone else to do as I couldn't wait for another screen to pop up. I emailed the company and they refunded me even though I missed the 30 day return window by two days. I REALLY appreciate that kind of customer service and will order from them again.
