I can't attest that this completely solved my problem but I think it helped. I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna with 188,000 miles on it. In the last 6 months it has started issuing code P0420. That's twice as much for each tank of fuel. I tested the O2 sensors with torque. They looked normal. My tank is almost empty. Clean air mass meter. (Use only MAF cleaner) Air filter replaced. Added and refilled Red Line to an empty fuel tank. I'm on my second tank of gas now and I'm not giving out any codes. I would buy again. Yes. All I've read is the best fuel system cleaner. With ethanol in the fuel, something needs to be added to remove the tar.
