I read all the reviews, listened to the collective wisdom, and went a a size up from what I am just in case. Thanks to all before me for that advice. I'm 5'11 and the XL fits just right although when the swelling I have right now goes down I'll need the L. It's snug but not uncomfortable, doesn't ride up into the wrong places, and makes great curves. I don't know how long it will last through washings etc. but I tried it on and wore it around for a bit today and was pleased. I just ordered another one to use as a backup.
