This program has the advantage of being able to create groups that can be accessed by multiple users at once through video or text chat. The ability to use this as an integrated tool with Microsoft Teams makes it even better! The support team can often help you navigate any issues quickly. I wish there was more flexibility in how we could organize our chats into different "rooms" but everything works great out-of-the box so far.- Being able to reach out to other employees within your organization without having to email attachments. The ease of use, the ability to share files with other team members and customers, the ability to create work orders and assign tasks to different people, the alerts when someone opens a document or sends an email that is marked as confidential. Nothing really. I don't have any complaints about this software. It has solved my problems of sending documents back and forth to my clients and co-workers very well.
