Cons: I was very happy to get this monitor as I had to return my 1080p portable monitor due to the picture quality, but I was disappointed. I hooked it up to my Dell XPS laptop and had no problems for two days. Then I had a Zoom video conference and the screen went completely blank. I tried 3 more times and the same thing happened. I even changed the port used but to no avail. Also, the monitor doesn't come with a case or screen protector. Every time I adjust the monitor I have to touch the screen, which I don't like. I am also afraid that the screen will be damaged. I wish it came with a screen protector. Pros: This monitor has excellent picture quality, a built-in speaker, and a stand. I like that the ports are on the stand and not on the side of the screen. Unfortunately, due to problems with video calls, I have to return these.
