I measured my hands and bought the right size from the chart - it should have been right medium. But unfortunately they were too small - I need them to stop biting my skin and typing so my hands don't get cold and although I've tried them for a while they were too tight but I never felt myself accustomed to that fingers had to strain. Then I changed them to big ones, and my hands are completely floating in them. I tried pulling the cuff down to pinch my fingers, but my thumb was too tight. I will not pay a seamstress to have them altered even if it were a viable option, which might not be the case. Unfortunately, the second pair is also returning. Otherwise they are very comfortable (or would be if they fit) - the material is nice, the strap holds well without feeling too tight. The gloves kept my fingers warm while I typed (I tried to get both pairs to work, hoping I could get used to either the tightness or the bulge, but not the bone). I'm very sad to return them because other than that they are exactly what I was looking for - light and strong enough. If only I could get them in the right size :-(
