Are there honest reviews of this product where the recipient did not get it for free? Here is one. For inexpensive scales that can measure up to 550 pounds, this works well. The only issue I had was that my weight, 497 pounds, seems too much for the LCD screen, and when I step on the scale, the LCD warps so it appears faded at a natural angle . Also, as soon as the scale beeps, you have to get off to read the weight, but that doesn't work, the weight disappears as soon as you get off. I've found that if you hold down a foot, the weight display stays on longer. Not a bad scale, but it does have a few design flaws that could be corrected if it were put through some sort of quality control with people matched to its abilities.
