Positive first - the instructions were great and the chair was very easy to assemble. The legs were metal, not plastic, and the chair was solid. The building was good. However, the reason I bought it was because the reviews said it was comfortable. But not for me. I'm not tall, just 5ft 7in and 170lbs. When I first sat in the chair I felt comfortable, but after about 45 minutes my butt started to hurt and I couldn't imagine myself sitting in it for the 8 hours a day that it took me. If the seat was softer I would definitely keep it.
