I've been using this office chair for a week now and I love it! The kit came with easy-to-understand assembly instructions. Assembling was quick and easy other than paying attention to the weight of the parts. Here are some pros and cons for your reference: Pros: Different ways to adjust the chair to make it more comfortable. Has solid back and neck support. Excellent quality, cat proof! (My cats don't really try to scratch the chair, but when they do, there are no stains or scratches on the chair. Unlike others I've bought before, my cats will completely destroy it.) Excellent 24/ 7-Customer Service Cons : (Not exactly a scam, more of friendly advice) When assembling the parts, I didn't pay attention to grease/grease on any of the parts. He messed up my shirt a bit. Wear a black or any old t-shirt and you'll be fine! Anyway, I highly recommend it! The best buy!
