I got this for my dog. After connected the hose we had to wAit a bit for the pressure to build and then it worked perfectly. At first you think it’s not going to work, but just wait and the water will build until you have a perfect stream of water. It just takes a bit, almost 10 minutes to have it running optimally. If some water streams are going outside the middle just gently push it towards the center and it will help it to shoot that wAy. In fact as you watch it get higher, if you see any streams going the wrong way then adjust it with a push on the outside towards the inside. You’ll get it. I did put mine on the concrete as I had no children to worry about falling and it worked well for my doggie. I am very happy with this product and found the height of the water to be great.
